My back is hurting a little, so I'm going to take a day off from the core. Also, since it is been getting so hot during the middle of the day, I want to try and get to bed earlier so I can start getting up early.
The run wasn't too eventful tonight. I passed a black woman who said "sexy sexy", while making movements with her hands, but that's pretty tame for Philadelphia.
