sprint (mostly) all out for :30. 90% effort. Recover to sub 150 bmp hr then repeat x5. HR would spike to 170 something, recovery took @ 1:00 - 1:30. Felt good before, during, and after intervals. Felt like if I had to jump in a race and recover to maintain pace I could. Do more. Make them harder.
