Canal from Galgate to beyond the Conder Green road bridge and back, with a dog for company. Entre chien et loup (by the end), but quite nice weather today and not too muddy, although still quite chilly. That dog is full of beans. Lots of ducks for her to race after.
43.5 miles running + 5 miles rowing in the past seven days. By my standards that is quite a lot!
