Dungeon Ghyll to the end of Mickleden w SWJ, and back - after an hour getting quite cold in the walled sheltered at the head of the valley! Waiting for Matt Knowles, who is doing a 2-day epic across Wastwater, Grasmere etc (swimming), Scafell Pike, tomorrow Helvellyn and Skiddaw. W ran from Mickleden to Grasmere with him.
