Still not 100%, but reintroduction to mild exercise with a very gentle 7 or so: down Smugglers, out onto the salt marsh at the base of the Aldcliffe Road, then back along that track that goes into the housing estate and then to the footpath between the hedges to the canal. Pretty cold.
Met up w the Wheelers in a pub near Keswick. TW off to do Gold DofE - with sleet in the air and snow on the hills! Winter has gone on too long this year.
