The run where we lost the dog, W got a blister, I cut my foot, ripped my brand new trainers (first run), and got hailed on. Apart from that, all fine!
Fortunately Connie stayed on the pavements and ran straight home from the Beaver Woods ... 16 here today = Bs, Ms and JVH.
