Fartlek better summary, perhaps. 6:04 first mile, 6:18 3rd mile (both gravity assisted), just Lancs streets, checking that the school was still there.
Reasonable journey back with Easyjet ... rushed and just got the early train from Manchester airport, although some excitable Hull City fans added some colour to the journey - their punishment a 4:1 drubbing by mighty Bolton.
