Winchester. Watching Div lessons, meeting Dan Reeve, dinner in College Hall, stayed in Wykeham Arms. 4 x 0.25 mile efforts plus a few strides along the Itchen cycleway. Lots of runners out! Decent little effort. Parkrun cancelled due to waterlogging. Then off to the wonderful world of Bedales.
