At Langdale - session from the past! 2km in 8 mins, then 4 x ( 500m / 1 min recovery ) 1:49, 1:50, 1:50, 1:56 (giving up!). Not as quick as formerly but quite hard work!

Then walk w mum, Red Nab, Windermere.
