Dropped at Galgate: Deep Cutting / Pig Track / Marsh Estate to quayside / aqueduct / back along canal and up the A6. Cool weather (4 degrees), lots of dog walkers, annoyingly slithery for first 3 miles along the towpath, decent section on cycle path, all fine.
