Scheduled run was 10-12 miles on rolling hills. Unfortunately, there are no hills on Macdill and Tampa. The 12mph winds might have made up for the hills though. Ran easy and then progressed to a steady 6:30ish pace. Legs felt really good and smooth. After the run, I did 4 sets of eccentric squats/lunges non-stop. I figured the leg workout would substitute for the lack of hills.
