Holy shit was it cold this morning. It was 4 degrees when I left. 2 miles in I almost turned around as I was freezing. I ended up doing the entire run and it warmed up a bit when the sun came out. This run felt easy. I ran miles 11 to 15 in 30:08 (7:32 pace, duh...) to do my 'marathon pace". To be truthfull, I don't know what my marathon pace is. Its been a while since I tried to run a fast one. I just ran comfortably fast.
