Met Dermot and Ted at lowdermilk and headed south. Ted had 4 in already. PR Club and then down Rum Row and back to club. Ted headed home at that point and D and I did Ft. Charles then back to Lowdermilk. After Ted split, we 8:30d 2 miles and then ran sub 8 to pier a little slower for the next and sub 8 for last 1.33. A really good run. It could be me and my training or it could be the weather; probably the weather.
