Not so sure about these splits. In any event, this felt like a good run. Couple miles to get warmed up which included battling a gusty 10-15 mph head wind. Up to v village and then began pushing from the turnaround. Nice and cool. Overall a good effort. Knee feels great. 30 minutes on ct plus chest and TRI work this am. Managed 8 reps at 225, surprising. More surprising is that the grip at pf is better than at new image which is why I got that 8th rep. Impressed the rehab dudes.
