Notes

Dermot, Jon and me. Usual run modified by a clam pass leg then all the way to 41 and the whole pelican bay rte to add about 2. The last 3 were probably marathon pace. Jon dropped way back here. Gotta get that guy to stop talking about cycling. Then to lulu's. solid run. I wouldn't call it a cool morning but it was not too hot at all.
