Sat run, 1 mile wu with Devin, then Dermot, Dev and me down to club and back. Some dbag joined us for the run back. Useless mofo, running with earbuds not saying a f'n thing. Pretty sure he had a Walkman. WTF? Told him to leave the ear buds at home next time if he wants to run with me. Fucker was dropping shit, battery, water bottle, all over the course. Who needs water on a 7 mile predawn run through Naples where there are water fountains every mile? Douche. About .75 mile left, I told Dev to go, she puts the hammer down, Dermot goes with her, left dbag eating fumes. Nice to have a secret weapon.
