Usual Sunday run. We started a 1/2 hour later because Pete got back late last night, so it was pretty warm. 2nd and 3rd legs were pretty quick but 1 and 4 were slowish, Pete and I were both hurting on no 4 .... 4 hard workouts in the prior 5 days had me worn down.
