Sunday run with the D. North loop up to Bluebill and back then through Pelican Bay trying to hold about an 8:10 to 8:15 but D kept edging it lower. Lot of snapper on the road today so that was good. Pretty good run up to Drs Pass and back to the hotel at about 8:00/8:05. My legs were feeling it as it was a hard week and a pretty hard effort yesterday, so at the Hotel D took off and I eight--thirtied it on in. (coined a new phrase today.)
