Headed to Marco after work for a hill work out with the D. 3/4 w/u then 4 times over and back over the Jolley Bridge plus a jog around Marco to hit my goal for the day. Like Mikey said, focus on form, head up, back straight, feet landing under center mass and hold a good steady pace going up and down. I know it's too early to tell, but I already feel better.
