Sunday run, Dermot, Jon, Pete and me. We added a 4 mile loop over bluebill bridge then the usual Sunday 12. Pete gave us all some weird concoction he made that s'posed to make you run better. It might have helped. Except for the first and last miles, a lot of miles were right around 8. Miles 14 and 15 were 7:45 to 7:30. Pete and I ran the last leg together after dunking our heads in the Waldorf pool. It was getting hot. Good run.
