This one started sucky, felt like a reprise of two weeks ago, hot, humid, tired legs, hungry. Felt like crap after 1 mile warm up, felt like crap through mile two , but I was running a lot faster than I thought I was, storm came in at 3 and the rest of the run felt great, tired legs but the cool was nice.
Mta: looking at the splits, not sure how I got 8:46 pace for the entire run, but I am pretty comfortable with that time, must have screwed up a split point along the line.
