Not sure on the time or distance, but this is close - I think. Tried to do more alternate breathing which is good, but it messes up my counting pattern so I still need to figure that out and get a rhythm. I tried to go shorter and faster to try to get my HR up, but it was only a bit above 100 still. It is hard for me to go fast and push hard in the pool. Maybe too many years of recreational swimming?? :) Amazingly, the toe is still quite swollen and sore so guess I'll be in the pool a while longer.
