Strong workout. I did something different and picked the "cardio" option - set it for level 5 (right in the middle) and 60 min. Basically it just intervals you btn resistance 35 and then 55. It was a good workout for me as I pushed to keep my pace up. Not sure how that's different from an "interval" workout on that thing so I'll have to try that sometime. I felt good about this. I can still feel the injury though, but maybe not as bad . . .
