I have no idea how far I went. Swam a bit freestyle and then Maria showed me her pool running and we did that together for a while back and forth, back and forth. Then, more freestyle and then we pool ran again. At least with pool running it's a pool activity you can do with a friend and still talk. This was a pretty well rounded day at the gym.
