This actually felt pretty good - finally. Still slow, but I got more in than I have and it felt so much better. Part of the slowness was d/t trying to figure out which way to go, but overall that pace is true.
Left from Drury and ran behind the mall as instructed. I easily found the amphitheatre and trail. Wow!! Super cool, very pretty and it was a lovely day. I just ran around, and around - up and down the stairs a bit too. Went across the street to that cute gravel trail as well. I enjoyed their lovely park. They have super cool playgrounds too! I'm encouraged by this run.
