Oh my this hurt. I am out for a while for sure, but I had to test it to know. Met Robin, bless her heart, and she ran/hobbled and walked with me for 8 miles. Any hill or incline I had to walk and even the walking was brutal. The rest was just agony. Funny, now that I'm done, the walking and standing are just moderate pain, but sitting is horrible. Getting out of the car is like being 100 years old. So, we'll see. Hopefully, it will be better soon. While this isn't my worst injury (the heel was the worst), it is definitely the biggest!
