Met Robin so it was nice to run with the two of us. Saw the Uprise Group & I miss them too. Hopefully soon I can go out again. I just don't feel like I'm near being able to keep up. Robin and I had a great time together. The run, while not exactly feel good, was really fine. The butt is still an issue though - word on the street is this could last for a while. I could have tried to eak out longer than 8, but figured I shouldn't push it. At least I had a sub 930 pace this time! WooHoo! Finally feeling overall human again after the last bout of sickness. Yay! Spring and hope are on the way!
