I keep getting better. Felt really smooth at this time. No stress just nice and relaxed. Could have kept going, but wanted to wind down since it is late. Started the run planning for 20 mins, but after 1.5 miles felt good so I just kept going. The entire run keept looking forward to getting outside. Another couple 3 milers inside and I'll be good to go. Probably still do a run or two inside each week for a few more weeks just to keep the pounding on the hip to a minimum.
