4.95 mile loop and then continue to CHS track for 8x100 strides. Planned for 8:10 mile pace, but the downhills early on kept the pace faster and I continued the momentum. Harder run than I planned, but nice to know I can do that pace without killing myself. Put in finishing kick from grandview up the hill to check MHR and got up to 187.
