Ran with Emma, Mia, and Leonel. Ouch this was not nice on my left hip...rolled and stretched a little when I got home. Hopefully my left hip can hang in there this season, feeling a little worried though, it's the same thing as junior year XC but not quite as intense meaning if you press onto my hip its not painful like it was then. Maybe I should have joined Julia at CRCE. Felt tough and enjoyed the quiet snow though. Added on with Leonel a little after to get to 12. I didn't get our first mile (Leonel gave it to me) so my watch ended at 11.11 - maybe my wishes will come true
