NOTE: On this run I tried to run the first 2.5 miles in a bit above comfortable speed and the last 2.5 miles pushing it as much as I can. I had to truly push the last 0.5 miles to achieve a sub-40 minute finish which also included 2 walking stops of about 10 seconds each.
