Notes

This should have been a 10 mile run but my running short were dirty from the past 30 miler so I decited to wear my swimming shorts. Bad idea. Not only always curled it up my legs but once there it hurt pretty bad. So I cut this ran short, ran 3 miles and walked home for 30 minutes. Again learned something.
