1 mile warm up. 10 yasso 500's, plus active recovery in between. Hill-y-ness made it more challenging than the track yasso's, but overall felt pretty good. Did stop at mile 4 for hydration and to check on the kiddies. I feel ready. I'm really hoping that I will be able to do a 4:45 marathon.
