Notes
Hmmm... started out kinda slow and easy. Worked my way up to Marlette fine. Flume trail out was easy, but I felt like I was working a bit and my heart rate was higher than I expected. Turned around and tried to keep it easy on the way back. same thing. Got back to the lake and I was toast. I walked a bit, jogged a bit. At the south end of the lake I really wet myself down and got cooled off. I walked up the hill just to try to get caught up. At the top, I started jogging back down, slowly trying to stretch everything back out. Then my Hammy just above the knee and on the inside said nope. So I ended up walking the almost 5 miles back to the car.
The hammy reared it's head on Monday too at the end of the run.
I don't totally know what's up. I only took about a week and a half off. That shouldn't be enough to lose any fitness really. I know I missed a couple stretching days, so maybe that's part of the issue. Just my hips and stuff are just not happy. Will have to work on that.
