Ran on Grandmama's treadmill... Felt pretty good overall until the very end. Was gonna go for 10000 steps, which would have been just over an hour and just under 8 miles. But my right hammy started to really tweak at like 54 minutes to the point where I just hit stop at 55. It feels fine to walk on, but something about the way I was running was making it sore just as I put my leg down. Might have to back off and get it right...
Treadmills are boring... I was checking the gauges like every 2 minutes... blah...
