Ran with the NSET group. I started off ahead of everyone, but after a couple miles 4 people slowly passed me. I couldn't stay with them and didn't try. After a while, one gal dropped off and was almost running a fartlek as her dog kept stopping and stuff.
Happy with the run. Running with other people definitely helps. Looks like I probably need to work on hills. That's where I lost the most ground. Perhaps cuz I'm carrying extra weight?
