That felt nice and relaxed and easy. Could it be that not eating cookie dough, chips, cheese puffs, cookies, hunks of cheese, ice cream, etc made a difference? Possibly. Some dude swimming in the lake without a wetsuit. I'm no genius but that doesn't seem very smart.
