Notes

First run back from 2 week break. Felt really good to finally get back to running. 10 pounds lighter than the last time I ran and I could feel it. Hopefully I'll gain some of that weight back when I can start eating normally again but teeth are still eh so we shall see. 30 minutes easy run around the neighborhood with 5 minutes barefoot after.
