Notes
Did an earlier run because I work all day. Wasn't sure how it was going to go because I was a little sore from Monday but after the first few miles I loosened up and was around an easy 7 min pace. The last three miles I straightened up my posture, which made it easier to breath and stride out so the pace dropped to 6:40 and my last mile was at 6:16. The last mile today felt easier than the crappy workout on Monday.
Side note- Achilles was tight the entire run but only feels tight when I run.
