Notes
This was supposed to be more of a slow recovery ride that averaged around 16-18max where I stayed in the little ring and played around a bit. I ended up picking it up a bit and averaging around 19 BUT! I didn't leave my little ring so I spun the entire time. Went out to the Dupage river park. A nice morning ride to start the day out strong.
