Notes

Easy/long/tempo ride. I had originally planned on doing 45 minutes around 135 then moving into a workout but once I tried moving into intervals my body didnt respond well so I kept up a constant pace instead. Decent longer ride but glad I didn't go the full hour-thirty that was planned.
