Notes
Decent after work run. Kept it easy the first 4 (kinda funny how consistent miles 2-4 were). Opened up a tad on the way back. Intentionally threw in one mile where I just tried to keep it right at 6flat pace to see how it felt. Not fast but not as comfortable as I'd like. I guess you have to train hard to be in good shape...huh...what a crazy idea.
