YEAH BABY, somehow I am not as out of shape as I thought. five 5:35 pace 1ks arent anything special but I was expecting to feel worse at more like 5:55 pace. these were fucking effortless and smooth! tried to start slow but felt great just rolling faster on each rep so just went with it. only did five to keep the first workout back modest.
