Ladder Intervals: 1, 2, 3, 2, 1, 2, 3 (3K-10K pace; rest periods equivalent to the intervals.

Ran at New Hope track - felt good, not completely recovered from the weekend's hard run/yesterday's hill repeats, but I definitely feel the benefits of the long run already. Can't wait to race in 18 days!
