Easy run to get back in the swing of things, and warmup legs for tomorrow's Q1 workout. Just a real easy, up Centerville Hill and back loop for 5 miles today. Schedule has been rearranged due to the Penn State career fair, so a heavy running weekend is ahead...

But the good news is that the Classic 5K is one week away, and the marathon is 3 weeks away!
