Started this workout on the treadmill, but then I just got stir crazy. Took the run outside and just cruised for a bit (distance approximated), not the fastest set of tempos, but the form and footwork was pretty solid today, and I felt that the purpose of the workout had been served well. I'm just trying to re-balance my running schedule, and I feel that this workout pushed the pendulum back to the right.
