Notes

SSD (short slow distance) run before the 5k, decided against any accelerators or speedwork, as I'm trying to rest my legs as much as possible after the 20.5 miler before the race. I'll need my legs on Saturday for sure. Felt like the 20-minute fun runs before race days we used to run for XC. I'm pumped for tomorrow, I hope I can run my very best.
