Notes
Ran an easy run on a hilly route, along Nissley Rd. and Nolt Rd. Little stiff initially, but got into a nice, easy rhythm late. Right and left arch pain surfaced again today. Will have to likely replace arch supports in shoes and wrap both feet for the next two weeks and ice to combat.
