Notes

Short run (I) to get back into the swing of things. Took the last few days off because of a cold to rest. Hope to get 20-25 miles this week, then build up. 10K is coming up quicker than expected, along with the First Night 5K. Still have a solid two weeks, so I should be able to get back into race shape with a few crack workouts.
