Easy run around the neighborhood, really felt refreshing today...Sometimes the best runs are when you mind hasn't had a good chance to relax all day, and you get to unwind your thoughts as you run. It felt good to run today, took some nice hills, real easy, since big day tomorrow. Right leg a little stiff, will wrap and ice as needed.
